The right angle is what counts: This is literally true for a perspective installation that Panoorama conceived and planned on the occasion of Housekeeping Day on behalf of the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry. Five purely informative wooden steles with texts of the “five pillars” of home economics joined the new logo of the Kompetenzzentrum Hauswirtschaft on the busy Odeonsplatz in downtown Munich, when viewed through the accompanying, house-shaped peephole in the “Botschafterstele”. This wow-effect attracted many passers-by, who not only took a closer look at the stelae, but also became aware of the small trade fair stand planned by panoorama in the press room of the neighboring ministry. The main event was located in the inner courtyard of the ministry. Thus, the installation and the exhibition stand achieved a great effect for the ministry with a very manageable financial outlay – and sustainable benefits: The wooden steles and the exhibition stand were stored and reused at other events.
